Brian Hyde joined Hyde Valuations, Inc. in the April 2006 as an associate real estate appraiser. He works primarily on real estate appraisals from bare land to industrial properties, across Idaho and Oregon. He specializes in farm and ranch properties.

Joseph is a Certified Business Appraiser and Certified Valuation Analyst with more than 17 years of experience appraising businesses and professional practices in a number of states for a variety of purposes including: SBA loans, marital dissolution, ownership transfer, merger & acquisition, economic damages, estate planning, estate tax, lost profits, regulatory compliance, and shareholder disputes.

In addition to valuing businesses, Joseph is an Accredited Senior Appraisers in Machinery and Technical Specialties specializing in Machinery & Equipment.  Types of machinery & equipment appraised include agricultural, construction, medical, landscape, lifts, commercial vehicle fleets, equipment rental fleets, shop, production, manufacturing, support, material handling, and office equipment. He has more than 36 years of experience in the equipment rental industry.

Joseph has held various positions in the private sector including  Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, Treasurer, General Manager, and Corporate Officer.  He has owned and operates an equipment rental company and a truck rental company.
