Joseph M. Phelon, MBA, CBA

Joseph has held various positions in small to midsize businesses including Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, Treasurer, and Corporate Officer. He has owned and operated small to mid-sized companies including an equipment rental company, truck rental and leasing company, and a real estate holding company.  

 

Joseph is a Certified Business Appraiser with more than 14 years of experience appraising businesses and professional practices in a number of states for a variety of purposes including: SBA loans, ownership transfer, merger & acquisition, marital dissolution, economic damages, estate planning, estate tax, litigation support, lost profits, regulatory compliance, and shareholder disputes. 

 

In addition to business valuation services, he also has experience appraising machinery & equipment and real estate. Types of real property appraised include: commercial, industrial, agricultural, recreational, investment and residential properties. Types of machinery & equipment appraised include production, support, and material handling equipment.
